amd phenom 9650 x4 temps

Hi all i'm a newbie to all this but need help.
i'm running amd phenom 9650 x4 with a zalman cnp9500a led cooler need to know what temps i should be getting, at the moment its running 42 idle and up to 58 when running some stuff. i have 3 120mm fans. front intake ,top out and back out. plus i have 80mm intake on the side blowing straight on to graphics card (geforce 8600 gts).
Can anyone help to tell me if this is running ok, or is there anything else i can do to cool it more with what i have as money is tight.

Get core temps, not your cpu reading, the cpu reading is altogether unreliable

is this ok now as i don't know what to look for.its says 33 on 0 but don't know if ok lol
