Dual Channel VS. Tripple

Well right now I'm running DDR2 single channel in the next two weeks I'm moving to the DDR3 platform but the main thing is I don't know what the difference is between Triple channel and Dual Channel, could someone fill me in on this one? Thanks

A decent amount of performance in benchmarks. Not anything you'll notice outside of that though.

Well the bench mark thought is nice since I want to join our bench team but I was more wondering along the lines of how it will effect games and general performance.
