Hey, i have a MSI 5770, and i just bought a MSI 5770 Hawk.
My system is:

Phenom II 945 - OC 3.84ghz
Asus M4A78T-E
DDR3 1333mhz CL9 T2 Kingstone - OC 1740 CL7 T1 (no heatsink lol)
2 HHD 160gb each Raid 0
8x 12cm CM coolers at low rpm
MSI 5770 x2 (no OC for now)

PSU: Corsair VX550W

I gues my 550watts are real, so my PSU would be just OK. I know i should change it. But here n uruguay they are vary expencive. Maybe i can run with it, with out any problem i guess.. (no problem for now).
So would be:
320watts for both GPU
125watts for CPU
and
100watts would be enough for rest...

am i right?

Yup, should be fine.
I'd go easy on any OCing though, i would stick to stock volts on things.
