building a AMD processor + GTX 460 setup

I'm getting an NVIDIA Geforce GTX 460 (1 gig) and was wondering which of these processors would create a better pairing with my card:

Phenom II X4 965 (3.4Ghz) 8mb black ed

Phenom II X6 1055T (2.8Ghz) 9mb

on an MSI 890GXM-G65 AMD890 Xfire motherboard

Been lurking OCF for quite sometime now and and STILL trying to get my head around the concepts being thrown around (i.e. bottlenecking). so if you have more advice, just throw it out there.

with your help i'll finally build my own pc.

BTW, this will be used primarily for gaming, SC2 and Diablo 3 next year. and a couple of FPS games.
