big imrove 1700-CL9 to 2000-CL7?

Hey i was thinking in upgrade my Ram. I have 4gb DDR3 Kingstone 1333mhz CL9 -OC to 1700 CL9 with out any heatsink.
I was thinking to upgrade it to 4gb of this Ram Mushkin DDR3 2000mhz CL 7-10-8-27.

Will i notice any improve? do u recomend me to upgrade it?

You'll notice a difference in benchmarks and video encoding, but likely not in daily stuff.
