5770 CF lagging?

GPU FanSpeed change cause LAG

My system:

CPU: Phenom II 945 - OC 3.84ghz
Mother: Asus M4A78T-E
RAM: DDR3 1333mhz CL9 T2 Kingstone - OC 1706 CL9 T1 (no heatsink lol)
HDD: 2 HHD 160gb each Raid 0
GPU: MSI 5770 & MSI Hawk 5770
PSU: Corsair VX550W

Why could it be, when iam playing frames at at 70-110 and NO lower. But even though i notice little lag and it continue great. It just do little smoth lag for 0.5 sec and continue. But frames DONT drop...
It dont freeze, it just do like a very littly short slow down and continue fast.

Why would it be?

ram? for beeing OC...
PSU low power? 550watts...
GPU CF bad configuration? both at core 900mhz and 1400mhz mem with 51º temp

something running at windows? all closed...

It could be loading the next area off the HDD. I've noticed the same thing, playing Halo 1 on a 4890, which is 800+ fps if I turn vsync off.

GOOD NEW!! after tons of testing i find out what was the problem.

If i activate the Manual FAN speed at afterburns every time fan speed change (higher or lower) IT LAG! frames are high but games freeze very little time. That what i mean by "lag"

If i disactivate the manual FAN speed it work great!
