I can't believe this is a enthusiast marketing engineer from intel, he is so uniformed about overclocking. He thinks overclocking his home system 3 bins with stock voltage is only going to last 2 years.

It seems obvious that he doesn't really think it's only going to last 2 years.

If you watch his statements around 13:30 and 14:50 he's clearly trying to remove any liability from Intel by stating that they don't do any internal testing on OC'ing these parts past their stock speeds.

He can't exactly say, "Oh yeah sure you can OC to 4ghz and it'll be fine 5 years." Because if there's even a few instances of chips not being able to hit 4ghz, or failing after a year or so, Intel is going to face a crapstorm.

Thus, they're always making sure that their disclaimers of "hey, if you OC, you're on your own" are heard.
