I like linX now more . 20 pasess in linx gave me 77 hours p95 stable

All of the mentioned work. I would also like to suggest Super Pi 32m and Wprime 1024 m because they are the longest tests. Super Pi is single threaded while Wprime is adjustable.

Prime95 and OCCT are the popular choices. OCCT has logging for PSU lines (3.3/5/12v), core temp, and vCore, all of which can be nice for trouble-shooting ...
