Smile Power on then power off, then back on again

Hello all, need some assistance.

I just installed a Thermaltake Tr2 Power supply. When I cold boot my pc, the computer power's on, then after 2 secs, it powers off, then powers back on.

Should I be worried?
Have you seen an issue before? I was able to do some stress testing and my system seems stable, except for this.

If the power to the psu was terminated, ie power plug pulled out of the wall or from the back of the psu, then its normal to have that happen as the Mobo is resetting the registers, if it does this after the system has been shut down normally and no power loss then it may be cause for concern.
