Does Corsair have another winner? or is it over extending itself?

If it's a good product what's the problem? I'd like to see some reviews

Most (and by most I mean all) USB headsets are bad as far as sound quality goes. Corsair might be able to make something that wont break after a week, but I wouldn't count on it. Most of the time when computer companies start making stuff like headsets they just plop some generic chinese parts together and call it a day. I'd like to see different, but I doubt this will change anything.

I will never consider buying a headset with a built-in sound card.

a) Audio quality. I own a X-Fi Prelude, and I damn well intend to use it.
b) Portability. I own an iPod. I own a Kindle. If I buy some headphones, I want to be able to use them on whatever audio device I choose.

Give me some damn 3.5mm plugs, not USB.
