Bad Ram or something worse?

I have been running team fortress 2 for almost 2 years now and I always get this error as the game crashes. "0xc0000005" I have read that this problem usually means it a memory problem. I tried to run memtest86 and the program crashes after running about 10 seconds. Does anyone have any advice?

I also know Tf2 has had problems with my video card (8800gts)
I'm also running windows 64 which I have been regretting since the day it was installed.

Thanks everyone!

to OCForums!

If your RAM is at rated speeds, timings, and voltage, then you have bad RAM. It shouldn't fail MemTest86 at stock settings. What RAM do you have (a link would be nice)? Have you looked into sending the RAM off to RMA?

Are you OCing at all?
