975 vs 980


has anyone done a test to compare the two? stock speeds and oc'd to like 4ghz, do you actually gain from the two extra cores?

In apps that can use >4 threads the difference is massive, 30-50%!
In apps that don't use >4 threads, the difference is minimal.
