Welcome to the forum. :)

The T4200 is in a notebook, correct? I am sure there are no BIOS options to overclock this series of CPU because the motherboard won't support it. I am also pretty sure there is no software overclocking available either. Previous generations could be pin-modded, to trick the motherboard into overclocking the CPU, but I don't think that's an option anymore.

All you can do is search for a deal on a faster CPU & switch it out.

Well then this is kinda bad :( I would have overclocked it to 2,5 but oh well...

there is a old thread floating around here with certian boards that dont have the fsb lock option. meaning you could pin mod newer 45nm cpus on G965/P45m chipsets. the thing is if the board has the fsb lock it would then default the multi to 6x with no way of changing it.
