4ghz

How long will your computer last if your keep your computer @ 4ghz...
If you had idle temps at 36-45c and prime 95 load temps at 59-61c?

thaman6, I've been running this CPU at 4GHz since I got it over 2yrs ago. Your temps are higher, but you have absolutely nothing to worry about. Worst case you'll have to bump up the vcore a notch after a few years. I haven't had to touch mine yet, though.

It still would be nice to know what kind of CPU you have and what kind of cooling you're using.

to OCF!

The Q9650 in my girlfriends machine has been at 4GHz all it's life (2 years) and is still going strong... not a single sign to say i have to increase vcore to keep it stable... it's down to luck of the draw really...
