Hot 4670 shader core

My friend has serious stability issues whilst playing SC2. As soon as he looks at a battle, his computer will lock up. I installed rivatuner to check out his ATI HD 4670 and see if it was overheating. Well it is, the "core temperature\shader core" is 21.5 BILLION degrees C. Its also steady, regardless if he is in game or not. I am thinking the card is broken, but was curious if anyone else has seen this?

It's a bug don't worry about. Just use HWMonitor or GPU-Z to see temps of your gpu. It may be a driver issue because I can play Sc2 on high with post process on low.

+1 to the bug. If the video card was hotter then the sun star-craft would be the least of your worry's

I would check drivers first.
