Intel Pentium 4 D 521

Any thoughts on the ability to overclock this processor?? its in a Dell Optiplex GX620 and it actually runs pretty well for a P4 it also has HyperThreading ability and seems to run faster then my HP dx2300 with a 1.8GHZ Dual Core or would i be better off getting a better Dual Core processor for the HP

Hey man i dont think you will be able to OC with that board. Dell like to lock the board into pretty much doing nothing but working. If i was you i would cruise Ebay and find a better mobo for a price range that fits you. There are some pretty cheap dual cores out there. e214- e2180 e2200. Good luck man. I picked up a 2.0ghz dual core for $33.00 on ebay which is decent with the right mobo.
