I don't want to increase the voltages if I can help it, but any other suggestions for tweeking the BIOS would be greatly appreciated.

I tried going up to 3.8Ghz, but got a BSOD for my trouble. I've also tried tightening up the RAM timings to 8-8-8-21, but while the system booted into Windows, prime95 failed on the first test.

The screenshot is taken after 15 minutes running prime95 across all cores with large, in place FFTs.

Highest core temp currently is 68C, with the other 3 cores at 66C after approximately 1 hour.

Core i5 760
Gigabyte P55A-UD3
G-SKill DDR3-1333 2x2GB
CoolerMaster Hyper 212 Plus

Run prime95 for a few hours on FFT. I also run blend because it will test your ram. Also try Intels burntest on high and see if it passes that

Update #1

IntelBurnTest v2.50 High Stress Level, 5 iterations = Stable, Max core temp. 69C
IntelBurnTest v2.50 Maximum Stress Level, 5 iterations = Stable, Max core temp. 72C
Prime95 w/ large inplace FFTs, 2 hours = Stable, 0 Errors, Max core temp. 70C

Not the fastest i5 760 ever, but a stable 33% performance gain on stock voltages and air cooling ain't too shabby.

Running Prime95 blended now, but I'm not expecting any surprises.

Any additional suggestions are welcome, and thanks for the help so far.
