Dual boot system wont dual boot

For years I have run an E6550, P5QE, 2GB Corsair Dominator 1066 DDR2, GTS8800512, Xonar D2, WD 250GB Green and 150GB Raptor. They each have a seperate XP Pro install.

I recently reinstalled. What used to work, pressing F8 at boot and selecting a HD to boot from, only brings me to the OS installed on the 250GB disk, no matter what. I can't boot from the 150GB disk.....

Ideas? Both disks are fresh installs.

Try pressing F12 during boot and change the boot order to the other drive.

Boot to the Recovery Console, and at the C:Windows> prompt type bootcfg /rebuild

How do I do this?

I forgot to mention in my BIOS I can see both hard drives but if I go into my boot sequence screen it will only show the 250GB drive
