This can't be any good, for $130 or even $190, can it?

Big difference between the Acer one for $400 and this one for half the price?

Well, it's not 120Hz, and that makes a difference.

It is for the most part.

You can play in 3D if you have Nvidia if you get their crappy paper glasses, but it doesn't look as good as the nice glasses with the 120Mhz monitor.

Huh. Guess I'll hunt down a pair of the paper glasses and see what it looks like on my monitor. I have an nvidia card. Bet it isn't worth it, but I am sure I can find some of those paper/cheapo plastic ones (like movie theater quality) on eBay for a dollar or two.

It uses polarized 3d, like the ones in the movie theaters. The glasses are really cheap on this, the thing is I believe this outputs 1680x1050x2 @ 60hz, while the 120hz monitors are one resolution @120hz. I was about to buy this but figured a 120hz 1080p monitor for 2d would be better, now I'm just waiting for a deal

If you call Nvidia, you can get it from them. I think they are $1 per glass. Not sure if they are different than the ones you get at the movies.
