8 Gig Kit

Does anyone have any experience with these?

I am probably going to break the kit up and run them in single channel in an AMD HTPC and an Intel HTPC after I get through torturing them. Latency and speed are irrelevant to the functionality for my purposes. I just want an opinion on the actual quality of these sticks.

How are you going to quantify the "quality of the RAM" ?

Has this RAM been tested and confirmed compatible with the two PCs you plan to use it on? I don't see this info.? That would be the #1 priority for me as all RAM does not run on both AMD/Intel CPUs.

Yes it is qualified on the exact ASUS board and though not on the gigabyte board it is qualified on the 890GX chipset. If it does not run on the board it is no loss I will have and 8 Gig HTPC with SLI My issue is IDK if the morons actually checked compatibility @ newegg or just stuck it in OEM rigs.
