what screen to buy

hey i'm buying a new desktop and i would like to buy a new monitor aswell

i'm thinking of buying the acer GD245HQBID(it supports 3Dvision alread)
you think this is any good or you have other options or beter monitors ?

How far do you sit from your monitor?

I'm planning on getting that monitor, 120hz will make games smoother, however it is not IPS so colors will not be as good

budget around 300 euros
mainly for gaming, and im sitting around 50 - 70 cm from my monitor
