No, I'm sure he's talking about the fact that in order to fit 4gb of DRAM banks on on stick, it has to be dual sided, and those have issues in some motherboards, IIRC. But aside from that, what is with the Gskill sale today?!? Great deals!

A lot of OEM systems and budget boards wont handle this memory.
