Question Ram makes the computer not to boot..

I bought Kingston ValueR. DDR3 1333MHz 4GB (2x2gb)
for my new computer but I can only use one of them,
because if I put them both in to my computer it wont boot.
This means I can not see bios or hear the beep that indicates
that the computer has found the screen, but the
power is on, all the lights on and all the fans are spinning.
But everything works great when I use 2Gb of ram on one stick,
and then when I add the second stick with 2Gb more ram it doesn't.

Every slot works when I use just one memory, and both the
memories works to, and I have tried every combination with
both of the memories, but still no success, then I tried to
chance the voltage on the ram and turning of "spread spectrum"
but still no success, I also tried to update my bios, that didn't work either.

The specs -
MSI 870A Fuzion
HIS Radeon HD 5770
Kingston ValueR. DDR3 1333MHz 4GB, CL9 (KVR1333D3N9K2/4g)
Amd Phenom II X6 1055T

Iv'e searched the Webb and the things I tried is the answers other people
with the same problem has gotten, but nothing worked for me.
Anyone that are having an idea of what the problem could be please post it.

Not all RAM runs in all AMD/Intel mobos without issues unfortunately.

Make sure that you have the latest BIOS. You could test one module at a time with version 4.10 of Memtest 86+ to confirm the modules are all good. You can try manually setting the BIOS options to 11-11-11-30 2T @ 1333 MHz. @ 1.5-1.6V. You can increase the CPU Northbridge voltage to 1.26 V. If that doesn't work you can try lowering the frequency to 1066 MHz. You can also check with Kingston/MSI to be certain this RAM will work with your specific mobo/CPU.
