Willt he Corsair HX750 be enough power for:

AMD X6 1090T oc to probably 3.8 or 4.0
Asus Crosshair IV formula
Corsair H70
Corsair 6gb dominator 1600 mhz
XFX ATI HD5870
one - OCZ 60gb Vertex 2
one - Velociraptor 150gb
two - Western Digital 1tb raid mirror
one - LG dvd burner

The TX750 has more than enough power to run your setup. Hell, you could even put another 5870 in there :)

It's a great PSU

Cool, because I have a TX850 but I play to keep with with my i7 930 rig. I want my AMD rig to look really clean and don't want cables all over the place. If i knew that the Corsair TX model do not have detachable cables I wouldn't have bought it.

So the HX750 with my AMD and TX850 with the i7 930.

BTW, I do plan on adding at least two more 2tb hd on the AMD rig and maybe four more, but two more for sure.

You could use a 550w corsair with what you have there (if you didn't touch the gpu volts, at least), so a 750 is plenty, even with a bunch more hard drives
