This would be mainstream RAM. The "9" latency and 1333 MHz. frequency aren't really an issue for most people as latency is of less importantance with the higher frequency used in DDR3 RAM. My testing shows less than 1% diff between 11-11-11-30 2T @ 1333 MHz. and 8-8-8-24 1T @ 1600 MHz. YMMV.
Mixing of RAM may or may not work without issues however. That's why it's best to buy one, matched, tested compatible RAM kit for a specific CPU/platform instead of several sticks of a particular RAM part number.
