Been using Paragon Backup & Recovery 2010 Free Advanced for a few months now, works well and does keep alignment too. That migration tool looks real simple and handy to use though.

Just completed the migration and all is well including alignment. this from a 500gb Caviar Black to my 16GB unpartitioned X25M. Excellent!
