I've got a Geforce gtx 460 768mb video card in an M4N68t-M V2 mobo and while the card is plugged in, the computer will not post.

I have a 520w Seasonic PSU.

Any ideas?

Check all of your connections. Make sure that they are all plugged in all the way (4/8 pin cpu power, 20/24 pin motherboard power, graphics card power). If you are using a usb keyboard, try a ps2 (or the other way around) sounds funny but I have seen it before. Make sure that the memory is seated properly. Reset the bios. If that doesn't work just go through removing 1 piece at a time until you find the problem component. Hope this helps you out.
