Wireless adapter?

Hi all, i dont have internet for a few days and wont have it for 2 weeks. I can catch a wireless from my neighbour with my new pc, but the old one doesnt have wireless integrated. What can i buy to catch wireless? An adapter? thanks

You can use a USB extension cable to bring that device up higher from your PC, so you have a better signal from your neighbor's house...

If the wireless signal is open (i mean no password needed) and you have a wireless router at home, I would try to use your wireless router as a repeater of the original signal and then connect using wire or wifi to your router.
