Looking for the best overclocker board and memory.

The build is for family and I'll be overclocking it

Budget is 600-700$ (memory + board).

I really like my RIIIE. Gigabyte UD7 and UD9 are very nice as well.
Im partial to Asus though.
EVGA also makes nice boards as well.

Well I think it will help us all if you post what you plan on doing with the rig.

For most things the 980x is overkill as is the UD9

Don't ask why we bought the 980x, it's done... My uncle got it for a pretty good price he said.
He wants to go all the way, watercooling, tri-sli, etc. Money is NOT a problem!

He bought my computer and now it's the turn of his son :p
I wish it was my system however :D

Well the RIIIE will do Tri-SLI no problem.

3 x gtx580's would be nice. Need a 1200w PSU then.
Really any 3 GTX5XX would be superb.

W/C is going to be fun with that much heat.
Id say at the least two 360 rads if not three.
EK makes nice CPU and GPU blocks. (Ive had 0 issues)
With the 980x and 3 GPU's your going to need a good volume pump as well to get enough pressure/flow through all those blocks.

Should be a great project.
