Question Settings for overclocking a Q6600 (G0) with P5N-D?

Hey guys, I have a Thermalright Ultra-120 eXtreme (http://www.scan.co.uk/products/therm...366-am2-3-cpus) with a 120mm Scythe Gentle Typhoon 1850 RPM Cooling Fan (http://www.scan.co.uk/products/120mm...pm-cooling-fan)

Now I know people have said the P5N-D is a bad overclocking board, but at the moment I havent got much cash to spend on another one, so it will have to do, basicly I want to get it to 3.0Ghz, from its stock 2.4Ghz, now im fairly new (and when I mean fairly new I mean just started) so I need help from you experts out there, the reason im posting this, is because I cant find anywhere on how to overclock with my specific hardware like RAM clock etc.

Anyway here are the details.
4 RAM in total, all DDR2 one is slightly different from the other 3, each of the 4 are 1gb, so 4gb in total.

3 of the RAM clocks 400Mhz PC2-6400 1.8V
1 of the RAM clock is 333Mhz PC2-5300 1.8V

Bus speed is at: 266.6-7 Mhz
Rated FSB: 1066.6-7 Mhz
CPU Core Voltage: Between 1.248 to 1.264
Also Q6600 Revision is: G0

If you require any further details just ask, im at your mercy

Thanks

Now the only question I can think of, which im worried about is do I need to change the DRAM Voltage from that thread? because it doesent say, and since I cant go over 1.8v.
