Help with Overclocking Q8300

Hi i am new to the forum and i would really like to learn the basics of overclocking and know what settings to put in my BIOS. I am hoping to be able to do a mild overclock from 2.5ghz to 3.0ghz. my Motherboard is a Foxconn G41MXE. Hope you could help me and thank you in advance!

... and besides your Foxconn G41MXE MB, list the rest of your system spec's.

2x2gb DDR3 RAM

550W PSU

Nvidia Geforce 210 (i know it sucks)

My O.S is windows Vista Home Basic 32bit
