Alright I'm looking for a mobo that supports an AMD Phenom II X6 1100T and also supports SLI as well. I was wondering if anyone knew if there is such a thing.

:welcome:

here are a few from newegg.ca you can look for them on newegg.com if you live in the USA.

Crosshair IV Extreme - http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131667&Tpk=crosshair 4 extreme

M4N98TD EVO - http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131636&Tpk=m4n98td evo

MSI NF980-G65 - http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130236

those are just a couple. you have to get a mobo with the hydixlogic chip or an nvidia chipset.

I'm using the Crosshair II Formula with the 780a nvidia chipset. only difference between it and the 980a boards is the 980a incorporates DDR3 and SATA 3GS, while the 780a uses DDR2 and SATA 1.5GS.

I use low voltage ddr2 g-skill [email protected] on this board. it's been out for a while. might be a cheaper alternative if ur already running ddr2 and don't want to upgrade ram too? it's an option just thought i's throw it at ya.

Just find a good board that has 2 pcie x16 slots on it. There is a hack to enable sli on any motherboard
http://slipatch.com/
visit their site on details on the patch to enable sli on any board

I'd use an AMD chipset based board though before using an nforce board.
