Hey guys,

I just got my new laptop Toshiba L670, with a intel i5-480.
And i was wondering if using Intel Turbo boost technology is safe.
Because my i5-480 has a standard Ghz of 2,67 , and overclocks to 2,93Ghz
when he thinks it's necessary.

Is it safe or does my processor last less longer? because sometimes it will stay on 2,93Ghz.

Just want to be sure i wont risk anything :p , thanks anyways.

Thanks , i got 1 more question does it matter if you use Intel turbo boost 1.0 or 2.0 , because 2.0 has no gadget , so i'm using 1.0.
