New Sandy Bridge Build will not overclock???

Hey there all,

Traded in my Gigabyte & i7 950 for an ASUS P8P67 Deluxe with a i7 2600K.

I CAN NOT for the life of me get this thing to everclock.

I have been in the BIOS, easy mode, and changed it to performance, reboots, nothing, 3.4ghz.

I have done a autotune, sais it's getting up to 4.9ghz, reboots, ntohing 3.4ghz.

I have made manual settings in both the Asus Suit AND in the bios, nothing, stil 3.4ghz

What the hell am I doing wrong???

If you put it under a load does it go up (meaning are power saving features enabled)?

Do all of your overclocking using Advanced Mode instead of EZ Mode from within the BIOS, and don't use TurboV from within the GUI to overclock.
