Voltage issues?

On my signature rig when I have a look in the BIOS it shows the CPU voltage as constantly changing. The voltage fluctuates from around 1.176v to 1.184v, sometimes even 1.19v. Is this normal? I've never even used this computer before other than checking out the BIOS since I can't install an OS on it until my DVD drive arrives in the mail so I don't know about load voltages.

There will always be some fluctuation in Vcore. And while in the BIOS the CPU is under a partial load, seen by monitoring the CPU Temperature (Tcase) in EZ Mode--> Monitor tab.
