Hey guys.

Im trying to get my main rig running again.

Created a folder C:\Fold

put the following there;
amdcalcl.dll
amdcalrt.dll
cudart.dll
Folding@home-Win32-gpu exe

Run the .exe and i was able to config it, but when it starts i get error

"The Program can't start because cudart32_30_14.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem"

all i have seen is that DLL is related to WINE and Linux. what am i doing wrong. I don't remember this being annoying.

Thanks

I dont have a shortcut. just running from the exe in the folder.

I downloaded the second download from your link

Windows XP/2003/Vista/7 GPU3 (required for Fermi) no-nonsense console client.

it is for the 480.

The following files should be in the FAH directory:
cudart.dll
cudart32_30_14.dll
cufft.dll
cuft32_32_14.dll

Ir really makes very little sense. If you have a Fermi card, you have to download 6.41, but the console version availabe doesn't have anything but the executable, it won't run without the cuda files. There is no documentation saying install version 6.23 first, then drop in the 6.41 binary, but there should be. That'll be fixed in v7 and PGs current efforts are focused on the new client, so I doubt we'll see the version 6 client fixed soon.

I believe the systray version of 6.41 download contains the cuda files.
