Overclocking Phenom II 720 2.8 B.E

I purchase this phenom II 720 2.8 black edition proc for my msi k9a2 cf motherboard a year ago. I had no problems overlocking the system by using the multiplier. I bought the black edition for the purpose of only using the multiplier for oc'ing which is good since i dont have to messed with other stuff. unfortunately mobo died out and i had to replace it with an asus m4a89gtd pro usb3 and i checked out the bios and the multiplier option for oc is not there. Is this normal? I just taught that all black edition proc had this option for all mobos.

Make sure "Manual" overclocking is enabled. If not, some options may not be available.
