C1 error on DFI x58 Jr.

I'm getting a C1 error and no post on the DFI x58 Jr.
Tried resetting CMOS via jumper and hotkey also by pulling the battery.
Swapped know good ram and processor and i'm having no luck booting.

Any ideas before I send it out for RMA on monday?

Btw,
Processor is i7 930,
Memory is 3x2GB Muskin Radioactive CL6 1600 (PSC) and
3x2GB OCZ i7 black CL8 1600 (Micron)
GPU is GTX 285
Power Supply is ThermalTake Toughpower 750W
Storage is Several Western-Digital Black 640GBs and Green 1TBs

I assume you've already tried installing one DRAM module to each of the six DIMM slots?

roger those are both 3x2gb kits both are verified GOOD
tried 1,2,3 sticks ONLY in the green slots
