HD 6870 crossfire (setting prob)

I got 2 6870 in crossfire I got some good performance but not what I was expecting... I just want to know if you see that something is not working correctly or that its not setup correctly. I found weird that the current speed is only at 300mhz core and memory... maybe its normal.

I dont know if someone know about that but I just bought crysis 2 and when there is a lot of lights its flashing weirdly...

My system:
I7-930 OC (3.33ghz)
6g 1333mhz (12g 1600mhz dominator on its way)
1tb 7200rpm (240 ssd vertex 3 on its way)
2X 6870 crossfire
