P6X58D-E & i7 930 @4,01Ghz (Need some Advice)

Hello Forum.

A few days ago my Noctua NH-D14 arrived and i decided to do a overclock on my I7 930.
So i went on the internetz and found a few tips/configs and decided to test the following settings listed below.
I ran Prime for 4 hours and it was stable i could run more but not sure if that is needed.
idle temps are 38-42 on a long day of using my pc and 76C on the Prime run.

-So how are m voltages? are they a bit too high or should i keep them like this?
-I used Artic silver 5 instead of the thermalpaste you get with Noctua nh-d14.
was this a good choise? or are the temps a bit too high?
-Would anny of you advice to go to 3,8Ghz to increase the live span of my cpu? or as asked above are these temps and voltages low enough?
