Any opinions about CPU

Hello,

Going to get a new system, mostly for media and gaming.
Some overclocking must be expected, hehe.

MOBO and CPU:

Intel Core™ i7 Quad Processor i7-960 Quad Core
ASUS P6X58D-E, Socket-1366 ATX, X58
Or:
Intel Core™ i7 Quad Processor i7-2600K
ASUS Sabertooth P67, Socket-1155 ATX

I am very unsure about this, thoughts and ideas are welcome.

UPDATE:
After reading alot in this forum, I am leaning towards the 1155 chipset.

Well, in all honesty it depends on how much OC you want to achieve. 2600K is going to OC higher and cooler than that 960. But the 960 (like any i7 or i5) is going to OC very well and very easily as well. However, in the end the 960 is the better overall performer. 1366 is meant to be Intel's high end socket. SB is more of a medium between 1156 and 1366.

If you are looking for crazy OC with little to no effort then I'd say go with the 2600K. If you're looking for overall better performance (but still some awesome OC potential) and longevity I'd say go with the 960.

I just swapped out my E8400!! I almost miss it!!! I'm waiting for LGA2011 before I truly move up from my 775 socket though. Good luck.

E8400

My cpu has served me well. No trouble at all.
I will miss it, hehe.

I am going to consider some more, buying next month, so no rush.
