Best Webcams?

I need a better webcam (I havea Logitech WebCam express right now) and I want one that won't skip (high fps) and clear pic (usb) for around 150$ Canadian, give or take. If someone has some suggestions, and maybe a sample vid I would appreciate it

well i get really nice vid with my canon s110.. but its kinda out of the price range. Otherwise i like the logitech quickcam 3000. Checkout the review
