My first occasion to witness sub-zero Nitrogen benching. What a blast these guys are:

Earthdog
87dtna
Torin

dFonda
stopped by for a visit, gentlemen all. For those who have never witnessed this, you have a treat in store if you ever get the opportunity to take part or just watch.

Oh man... That was some incredible session these guys had today. And they're still going strong after almost twelve hours of benching. I've watched most of it all throughout the day.
Props to you Sr... Great pictures. You guys were all kinds of funny in there.

I forgot the camera was on and didn't realize there was sound too. Can't remember all that was said............:chair:

LOL... I tried to warn you, but you guys were not paying much attention to the camera and some funny moments did happen. Nothing to be "too embarrassed" about though.

 some good pictures in there! Looks like a good time was had all around

Yep. We're wrapped up now for the night. 87dtna got to go home with a full 15L dewar, and there is still around 30-40L in the big dewar.

EarthDog and 87dtna should be home in the next couple of hours.

I think I've gotten about about 130 points since last night.

Since I was up until about 3am last night, I think I'll wait until tomorrow to do any more. I'll be working with an i7 920 on a R3E. And I've got 4 video cards to play with.

Nice pics, thanks for sharing. Looks like a good time!

Have results been submitted yet? If you want to link them here, that'd be cool!

Torin,

Your hospitality was very much appreciated along with your patience explaining the techniques to a "greenhorn." There is a lot of expertise doing this and it's all quite fascinating.

It was nice having you and the others out here. I'm glad you enjoyed it.

Nice meeting you Rolling Thunder. Nice to have a face with the Avatar and forum name. :beer:Your real life Persona matches your Forum's "Top of the Heap"

Thanks for the invite T. My daughter's schools Jazz Band pulled a "Overall Best Band" tonight at New Hope so it was a good day all around!

Here is 2 more to E Dog and Dtna.... and a Safe ride Home!:beer:

I am going to rededicate myself to OCing after watching the Pro's.

nice rig pics, so kudos to those taking and owning them

I enjoyed the little time I could spend watching. sad that I couldnt get more time to try and help. but did have fun, hopefully yall did as well. looks like a great little session overall.

Thanks RT for taking the pics and it was great to meet everyone!

Both Torin and 87dtna had some very solid results last night... Hopefully after the 13th I will be able to reclaim my boints and my gold cups from my rookie mistake...

I didnt put the w3570 under though.

What impressed me also was the wide variety of boards, RAMs, vid cards, CPU's and the ability to analyze issues and pop hardware in and out on the spot to adapt and obtain better results so "matter of factly." Of course this comes with experience and these LN2 benchers are light years ahead of most of us.

The hardware is more durable than most realize but there is also some risk involved. A tolerant wife or Mom also helps!
