117GB Western Digital WDC WD1200JS-22NCB1 ATA Device (SATA)
39.1GB Seagate ST340014AS ATA Device (SATA)
MS Windows Vista Ultimate 32-bit SP2
Sapphire HD 3450 256MB DDR2

any suggestions let me know

Whats your budget? That will depend on your upgrade route. I could suggest something mighty fine, but it might be a wee bit out of your price range (or it might not!).

Would like to stay under 500....but max would be around 750-1000 tops and would be able to get around year end...but was looking mainly upgrades with this setup

Well, under 500 is tough if you want to be able to game. If gaming isnt your thing, it shouldnt be hard.

I shouldve asked what you plan to do with the system? If you do want to game, Id grab an i5-2500k, 6950/GTX560, 4gb of 1600mhz ram, and maybe a small SSD for boot/games.

If you dont game, let us know what you do so we can make better suggestions.
