MB comparison sites

Hey all i have 2 older motherboards and i want to decide what one to use over the other. are there any places on line i can compare the 2 side by side, all i can find is pricing sites which doesn't really help. the 2 boards are:

ESC p4m800pro-m478 and a ASUS p4p800-se.

any one have any thoughts which would be better all-round board.

Might need to dig a little deep to find those boards though.
