stock i5 760 temps with new cooler?!?!?

prime95 test, 100% load for all 4

my room is prolly 25 degrees celcius as it is pretty hot today outside with no ac on just yet

i am getting temps at

does that seem high?

i am using sotck cpu settings with a new Cooler Master V6 cooler.

its was like 29 celcius on idle

At an ambient temp. of ~75F, and without knowing what the current "loaded" Vcore is, those core temp's don't look bad. Default Vcore (VID) should be in the neighborhood of 1.12 - 1.15V, but depending on the current LLC (Vdroop) setting in the BIOS, the Vcore may be somewhat higher under load.
