Asus Rampage III Formula Bios

I have a Rampage III Formula MB and a i7 920 D0 processor.
In addition i have Corsair Dominator DHX+ DDR3 1600MHz 6GB.

The CPU cooler is a Coolermaster V8, Modified with a new fan
for more air.

this mb has a complicated bios, im interested in
others that have the same build maybe, and have some
tip on bios settings for best performance?

... just substitute your Corsair RAM timings and voltage for those listed in the templates.
