Installing GTX460 Drivers - Windows Update or NVIDIA Website? [Help]

Hello
New here and to this world.

I am very confused. After installing the GTX 460, should i install the driver through windows update or through the NVIDIA website?

These seems to be different drivers [!]

Get the latest WHQL drivers from the NVIDIA website. Dont trust windows with this.

Is this true to EVERY update? Should I always choose the manufacturer site for the latest drivers???

unless you're having problems with the manufacturer driver....it's usually much better and improved over the windows drivers
