Wasn't sure if I should put this post here or in video cards...

What would you rather run? (GeForce2Ti)

800x600 with 4X antialiasing...

or

1280x1024 with no antialiasing...

I can't decide which looks better.
I'm getting roughly the same framerates on either setting.

1280x1024 has more detail & is sharper, but 800x600 has no 'jaggies' and looks much smoother.. hmmm...

What settings do all of you run at?

It all depends. On first-person shooters I have it at 1024x768 with no AA. But on Homeworld I have it at 1024x768 with AA. Like I said it all depends on what kind of game I'm playing.

Do you run shooters with AA off because of slow framerates?

What I'm trying to see is what the majority of people prefer.. very high resolution, or low resolution with AA..

I've been running everything at 800x600 with AA on.. it seems like I get a nicer looking game, with more than 'playable' framerates.
