MSI N460GTX CYCLONE 1GD5/OC GeForce GTX 460 (Fermi) 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support
G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL9D-4GBRL

Ourrecommended power supply "Sticky" list is here:

Also the Corsair "Builder" series are nice low budget too even if they are not on the list. 450W power supply of decent quality will do and it won't break your wallet. Good luck.

Does it matter if i have a very powerful one, could it fry the whole system??

Naf,

Bigger won't hurt a thing. You could have a 1,000 watt power supply and it would be fine. Your system will only draw the power it needs. If you would feel more comfortable by going bigger, that's fine. It will just cost you more.

RT is right, but no harm in going with a 650 - will run a bit cooler and quieter..

You have to think that corsair makes PSU's that actually work comfortably at rated power, vs other flashy PSU's that often don't reach their power ratings.
